that i don't know... I was using a chip before the one u place on the Sim card before inserting..but i mistakenly updated the phone so that chip got spoilt

good evening, I ordered for one of these nokia android phones on jumia, its yet to be delivered but my friend is advising me to cancel the order coz the parts are not easily gotten in Nigeria, I dont even stay in Lag, abj or sw. Should I cancel the order?

I need help me o, I don't know if this phone need upgrading or something else, the phone was doing somehow and I decided to do factory reset, i did that successfully but the problem now is as I reset this phone, its whole system changed, the appearance, the size of the apps, the appearance changed after the resetting, not like when I got It new. The phone in question is Tecno note3 and it all looks as if the phone need upgrading, If that will be the case, can I do that manually or give it to an engineer?

Im just �, this current appearance looks ugly.

If he didn't fix it well, the phone should be blind or the screen would have pulled out by now or on a second thought if the touch clip is detached from the board it could also cause the touch to malfunction. Take it back to the guy who fixed it to check if the touch clip has detached so he can clip it back

Just download a new launcher for it, it's also obvious that the phone is clone because there's nothing like Tecno note 3
