I love carbs like crazy but I also love veggies so you will have to learn to love them too.
I would become a vegetarian if I didn't love meat too. Now I am a part-time or selective vegetarian.

Spicy rice noodle soup.

I was trying to replicate a bowl of pho. Obviously don’t know how to do it. But this was good enough to quell the craving.
