Cool, and one outdoor caterer we hired for a relative last year, ended up cooking bay leaves rice instead of jollof rice.


Any angle u put spoon, u will see bay leaf...

To extent I concluded it was another vegetable...Now I can say it was a case of "too much spice, which spoilt the broth".

One of those snacks you make and don't know what to call it. Stir fried cabbage, onions, chicken and sweet potatoes wrapped in dough and deep fried. E no get name, I make and eat it often
