1. Cut two carrots, one half of a zucchini and mushrooms in small pieces.
2. Cook the carrots in some water.
3. Fry the mushrooms and zucchini in some oil You can a chopped onion too if you like and garlic.
4. Add some seasoning to your taste. I used salt, pepper, dried herbs.
5. Add the gnocchis. 2-3 handfuls.
6. Let it cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add more seasoning if necessary.
8. Add the carrots.
9. Add two spoons of cream cheese or sour cream.
10. Cook until the cheese or cream melts and is warm (about 3-4) minutes.

You can replace the zucchini with any other vegetable of your choice, for example bell peppers. The gnocchis can be replaced with pasta or rice. Don't stress yourself though.
