I have fund my wallet since past 7am and my account is debited but my wallet isn't fund.
Please help me work on it cause my customers are on my neck..

Anytime you experience problem with any of their services, for example paying for electricity and token not sent, just be patient for the transaction to clock 24hrs and then use the self service to ask for refund. Your money will be credited to your wallet once. No need wasting your card and energy calling the customer care,always go for self service option on the company website. Also use their website rather than the App. I hope this will help�
