You are not far from the truth. Those guys are more than terrible.. I have uncleared transactions that date back to more than 3 years that i had to forgo o... Don't know why decided to come back to their portal sef...

As in I don't know why they are still allowed to be placing add on nairaland, for any transaction you perform on their portal, you must follow it up else you won't get what you paid for. They are an example of a failed online wallet platform. It is their type that makes someone to run away from anything Nigeria owned online.

How long will you keep apologizing for issues such as these? You always resolve issues at your convenience. Do you ever think of the embarrassment people face from their customers when they use your services? Do you ever think of people who had to sleep in darkness cos they ran outta electricity units just because they were "foolish" to have patronized you?

Hello, I've been using this platform and it's actually cool. I discovered the platform without any referrals and I have lots of question but no one to answer them.
Anyways, I intended to recharge a friends line with GLO 1gb but I mistakenly put an Etisalat number in d process. My money was deducted but the person didn't receive any credit or data. I had to recharge the person again but with the correct GLO line. So I'm requesting for my money be returned to my account since the friend didn't receive any airtime or data on the Etisalat line.

Will appreciate a quick response.

instant funding? like the new account with Providus bank that doesnt require documenting your pqyment details as when you pay into the First bank account?

Please, am not getting any commission from my down line. I called your CC and was told that you can only get commission by creating a web site which is contrary to the terms of referral compensation plan on your website. And you only get commission from the website referrals only. This is strange or Could this be a knowledge gap from you CC personnel. Pls kindly resolve urgently
