Please klubconnet I paid 2 different electricity bill on Saturday 3oth may 2020 and till now I have not received any pin or token into the phone number provided. Please how do I go about it. It really discouraging as I was using it for business. This is the transactions detail 1 Share

Anytime you experience problem with any of their services, for example paying for electricity and token not sent, just be patient for the transaction to clock 24hrs and then use the self service to ask for refund. Your money will be credited to your wallet once. No need wasting your card and energy calling the customer care,always go for self service option on the company website. Also use their website rather than the App. I hope this will help� |
