So na now u know say some pharmaceutical company's will do well abi?
this is why I say that some of u here are terrible people.

I recall u were among those who personally argued with Sir OGG when he advised investors to buy health sector stocks. some of una even attack the oga here then.
i remember u argued when he recomended neimeth at 38k and may&baker at 1.85 after Sir OGG analysed this same finance bill through and through and clearly mentioned the sectors that are likely to be beneficiaries. now u don dey yarn pafu from d other side of ur mouth. now some of u olukus are beginning to praise the very same stocks he analysed here back then. ill try and search to see if i can dig up the post dem.
I go forever respect and duff my hat for that Oga. see the article he wrote and posted here in 1st week of march, when some of u were shouting doom. https://www.booksie.com/618814-alarm-bell-in-nigeria-between-fear-risk-and-opportunity-
I only had to get confirmation from him via telegram, and I bought all the stock he mentioned there. zenith at 11, gtb 16.80, access 5.4, uba 4.65, mtn 94.1, wapco 9.1, pz 3.95, NB 23.6. only my zenith, gtb& access has returned over 4 million in gain and from wapco, i will collect over 650k as div early next month while price is still well above my entry, all thanks to that oga.
even this health stocks when una don dey praise now, I bought neimeth for 39k & 41k, m&b at 1.85, 1.87 &some for 2.05 and gsk for 3.70. it's only fidson that i know i did not buy then even though sir ogg also recommended it in that article.
apart from few like sir ema, rabbioracle, valueinv, awesomej etc, most of una here na olufa and oluku!!!!!
OBAGADAFFI:

I suspect new investors are coming into Neimeth.

Over 244.70% increase.
how u come take do ur own calculation brotherly me I bought Neimeth @ 39k & 41k and at today's price of N2.34, I am sitting on top of over 500% gain oo!!!!grin All thanks to sir OGG. abeg somebody should help me thank that bro!!!! i remember he told me then that Neimeth can hit N1.7 to N2, while may&baker and FIDSON can surpass N4.
check my post up there. abeg make I dey snipe dey go!!!grin

Same way M&B rise from 90kobo to N6
Now it's NEIMETH turn will probably rise from 38kobo to circa N4

What gave you the impression that UPDC REIT will fly after the unbundling, I expect the share price of UPDC REIT to fall after the unbundling. Like what happened when United Capital and APR were unbundled, there was a sell off by shareholders of UBA who were given the shares of Ucap and APR which made their stock prices to fall, but strategic Investors will accumulate during the sell off

In 1980

N100000 is worth $200000

In 2020

N100000 is worth $230

And someone said there is still hope for this country

UBA was different cos at that time APR didvidend was little known...UACN i see sell off on UACPROP but not the REIT

Who will sell REIT that can pay above N1.00 dividend grin grin grin

Whichever case I am willing to Buy more UACPROP AND REIT after unbundling if price drop...but more of REIT grin

What if it doesn't happen? Always be prepared for the unexpected .

UPDC REIT and UPDC shares are awoof or bonus for UACN shareholders, most people always spend their awoof. They can only spend the awoof by selling .

REIT won't pay N1.00 dividend, maximum dividend is 60k. It paid 58k last year

Just imagine this

Tho I wager that our currency was overvalued in the 1970s/80s era
It does not still warrant this very very sharp drop in the value of the naira over the last two decades

Smart Investors don't keep cash, N100,000 will build 2 mansions for you at Gbagada in 1980. Which will give you a minimum market value of N200 million in 2020

But VITAFOAM is more valuable that NEIMETH if we look at last year's books and current stock price?

Even at double its current price VITAFOAM still makes sense.

1000 units grew to over 25,000 units between 1980 and 2020.

N100,000 invested in 1980 must be worth over N1 billion Naira and dividends of about N400 million in the last 40 years
