The trick with the stock market is to never follow what you read on the news.

I invested 20k in Macy's back in march when it was 4 dollars sold it at 8 dollars effectively doubling my funds.

I'm now using d funds to scalp d market which earns me around 5 to 6 percent daily.

Do d maths.

Sukuk bond , tb even eurobonds are not the best investments right now .

D ten k i put in stanbic eurobond since November last year as returned a paltry 256 dollars.

Investors should look into the us stock market if they want heavy returns.

Hello all. Advise needed with sound analysis. Should one take a NHF loan of max 15 million
payable over 25 -30 years interest rate 6%, equity contribution 10% to buy a terrace house of 38 m at agungi or its environs. The rest would be personal contribution. The person is yet to be married, looking at this more as an investment option and cos of the cheap loan opportunity. A concern is building up savings after such huge investment. The person is also reluctant to rent so might live there, additional expense of furnishing etc etc.

What does the person think? Why not post the person's analysis here for appraisal?

When your fund is huge, there is a need to choose an investment option that gives good return, but when u don't have any reserve, then your priority should be on how much you can save over a specific period of time and definitely you have to put into consideration an investment option that can help you achieve it with a mouthwatering ROI.

Elsewhere could be VGIF, Bonds or Shares of good dividend paying companies.

Over a month?

I withdrew a lump sum from my Dom account with FCMB barely two weeks ago. The process was seamless.

You might have to ask more questions.

Best!

Been unable to access my USD... Fcmb keep saying they don't have for over a month now. Is this even legal for them to not allow me withdraw my funds? cry cry

You're too magnanimous with your time.

It's unnecessary to present logic and facts to a troll who's simply interested in disrupting a valuable thread with baseless arguments.

By now, everyone should be able to see through this guy and avoid him.

ojesymsym:
And in response, more than one person said they withdrew today, you then change this blanket statement and said maybe it was *change. So my question is how much is (*not change)?
So please clarify,
a) is it that the banks as at today are not giving USD again,
b) or are giving only to those who request for *change in USD?
If your answer is a, then earlier today, USD was withdraw in cash from the bank.
If your answer is b, what is the maximum banks are now giving?
Those are my simple queries sir.

How did you apply for the loan? Didn't they give you a repayment plan and an offer letter showing terms and conditions?

#2,500 was charged maybe for administrative fees
Which is a total of 22,500+2,500= 25,000. Hence you were credited with 425k
425k divide by 12= 35,417 monthly.
I maybe wrong but this is what I was able to come up with. I will advice you contact the concerned financier for more clarification.

Oil dropped 7%. Euro lost value against the dollar after about 5 days of consistent gains. SP 500 dropped 6%. Most currencies of emerging economies also lost value to the greenback. All happened today. Investors fear that the worst is not yet over due to Covid-19.
