Good morning Friends, please I need help on my window 10 pro.. It keeps corruption my exe and installed icons turning them to 1260kb no matter how heavy they are, This makes my pc very slow when opening the infected icons.

I guess the problem started when I borrowed a harddrive from a friend, he has been using it before his system got crashed he just removed it from the system without formatting it and he never allowed me to format it too.


Please help my pc is very slow when executing the exe and the installed icons .

only the fn work sir, the rest are not working

i updated my win10 and my pc stopped booting properly,i usually get a blue screen error every time i switch it on not until i enter bios setting and click save and exit without making any changes before it boots properly.
so i did a rollback but now i get stuck at the lenovo logo not until i enter bios settings ,then save and exit with no changes made,before it boots well.
shutting down and powering it up leads to same process again and my pin aint recognised no more only the password.

Abbeykarib2, I will suggest you try an external keyboard and see the result...
Or better still contact a technician

This same thing happened to my gaming pc and laptop, I should get new harddrive for both? I don't want to format the external harddrive which my friend gave me maybe it's because it has the old OS on it

I think you need total formatting.

Just locate a technician around you

I formatted my partitions, lose all my files have being doing formatting since 10 years back, and I know every bit of formatting....when I format it will works but I can do with the drives I most input it..same to my laptop

Downgrade to Windows 7, till Microsoft releases a more stable fix.........

I get your gist now. The drive is the problem and not the formatting. if u can't avoid the drive then formatting will continue.
I think the drive is consumed with virus..

How did you get to know that only the fn key work without any supporting key?

From the look of things, it's either your keyboard is bad or your sio is bad.
First of all remove the keyboard and insert it back, if problem persist replace it( you can give it to an engr he test it to confirm) and if it's not a keyboard issue then be ready to replace the sio.

You can buy the driver pack or update online if you're not using Windows 7 though.
