pending sale means someone added your domain to their cart and not necessarily a sale. If sold then you'll receive a message that it has been sold and fund is being verified.

If anyone wants to confirm, search for your domain on Godaddy if it is registered with fast transfer partners, then click "Get it" and add to cart. You can check your account at Afternic to see the status it would be a "pending sale"

Good decision! There are many invalid email addresses on YP and one runs the risk of being limited or having one's emails sent to spam by using them like that.

I'd advise people to be more cautious of web-based email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc) from there. Verification tools can't really check them accurately, from experience.

I have never sold any non-US .com domain, but some people have had luck selling such in the past. The closest I came was a $100 offer for DrivingLessonsEdinburgh in king some years ago that I turned down and couldn't get again afterwards - I even renewed the domain expecting a better offer.

I currently have only one non-US .com in my portforlio for a Canadian city after seeing a .com for the country sold by someone here several weeks ago. I hadn't tested .com for that country before now.

You still want to put your entire focus on the U.S., except you see a TRULY great name for countries that prefer their own TLDs.
