@op I'm sorry at your situation I do hope u find a solution, my father suffered the same condition till he died. This tin seems to defy all know medical procedures except surgery maybe. And it's hereditary as my eldest brother is battling it now

OK, this will be gross but trust me and you will not have to through all the stress of surgery, I promise.

ALOE VERA is the best option you have. Annusol (ynash paracetamol) or other methods will not cure permanently.

You also need to have a healthy living and regular exercise.

I suffered for 7 years until I had surgery. Granted mine was in Canada. I had colonoscopy to first confirm it was operable then followed through with the surgery. It wasn't fun but this put a full stop to my ordeal.
Look into a reputable government owned hospital to explore.

Stay away from sugary

Herbal tea can do wonders. Also, bitter leave juice drunk at regular interval can change your story. This is from personal experience.

Drugs can't cure haemorrhoids once it has passed 1st/2nd degree(haemorrhoids are graded from 1st to 4th degree).
Look for a surgeon to put you through a haemorrhoidectomy.
The complications are minor if properly done.
How can you bleed to the extent of needing a blood transfusion, and still go ahead to live with the haemorrhoids?

I did surgery too but my wound takes long to heal. several episodes of infections. my question is: should I go ahead and get married since the wound has not heal completely?

Im still watching but the fact that only men are giving witness to OP issue, and also men are the ones offering solutions seems to me this is a gender specific issue and its a man disease or whatever we call it....syndrome or ailment.

You food now must be rice and vegetable soup, indomie and vegetable soup, semo or weat n vegetable soup, plantain n vegetable soup, moimoi, limit beans a much as possible because ulcer pile can be worse if you pass shyt too easily or hardly..so u have to get a balance and that I will explain for you now.
6. You must learn to hold back ur shyting section..else the wound from ur large intestine (ulcer which bleeds when u push when shyting won't heal easily). Meaning try to avoid shyting for at least 2-3 days so shyt once in 2 or 3 days..and when u do..just remove the first set n stand up no matter how uncomfortable it is..
7. There is one herb I used and it worked on first take.. Already I ve been struggling to change my diet b4 den..but bro if u dont change ur diet as I listed for you here..dont even disturb urself taking drugs or sitting in hot salt water or pushing areosole up ur ass..it never works except maybe its not ulcer pile..

Dearie, so many have given good advice.
To add, you really need to make determined efforts at resolving this, no shortcuts.
*Be more mindful of what you eat.
*You should always eat with too much vegetables especially "green", ewedu leaf and waterleaf (they will make your stool to come out very soft), thereby reducing chance to make it hurt the wound.
*Also you should always drink a lot of water to keep your body always hydrated and keep the stool soft, and easy to pass without much efforts.
*Avoid exerting force while passing stool by straining as this would stress the area and make it difficult to heal.
*If your daily practices/routines are right, you will see the wound begin to heal, and you should notice if.
*Avoid heavy foods such as yam, garri, etc like someone here advised, this will help your digestive system work less and heal more.
*Learn to be attentive to details if you are not already doing so as this will help you exit this state of health in good time, for example you should be able to observe what you ate/did at anytime which gave you positive result/relief.
*Note that your body will always let you know and you will notice it anytime you do what is good what is good for your system.
*If you are into things like smoking, alcohol and co, you should quit immediately (they are common culprits most of the time for issues like this).

Take lots of vegetables and fruits. Add flaxseed to your meals. And eat more of foods that contrains fiber. Drink water while eating. Practice water therapy. Eat very little of blood thinning foods. Most importantly, pray to God with faith for healing.

Might not be pile. May be rectal cancer or something benign you should get a second opinion, cat scan and other test done to determine what is going on with you

Insert a clove of garlic into your anus every night before you sleep and let it stay overnight. Give the garlic some cuts to increase efficacy. Reduce intake of sugar and floury food like bread ,buns, etc. If you are still experiencing it after a week, then go for medical advice, though they will give only one option which is surgery.

Vegetable soup helps. It helps me. Stop taking sweet stuff. I wish you good health.
