Well understood! An Indian working in Nigeria told me that fraud is over-reported in our media and shrugged it off. That it is a world wide phenomenon. With their population I should imagine how it is in his country or China& U.S.A.
That is not to say fraud is right. Most of our people are hardworking/resilient, but the reported cases are no where near the earnest citizens. Fraud is a blight on our image and has cost our ambitious people many opportunities. What we need is implementation of our laws to make unattractive to resort to it as a career!
