I am in same state with you and may need whatever advice too.
Mine is even worse because am married with 3kid. In-spite being married, I loved the sight of beautiful fair complexion laddies and i haven't been faithful I wont lie but have never given wify reasons to suspect me, unto coded level. Recently i just realized i have lost interest in women. Previously i must keep every sex appointment even if it takes lying in the office but since November i lost appetite for women. Though I try to live up to expectations at home but I really feel all is not well.

Well I'm in the same position as you, only difference is I'm not married yet. I just hope I can overcome it before marriage
