Actually, while in school I know what I was doing, I did take those subject for the purpose of studying medicine, because I love it so I purposely drop anything relating to engineering.

It will still depend on your subject combo in UTME. It also depends on the school.

You can study any Basic Medical Science (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry etc)

You can study Animal science or related courses (depending on school)

You can also study Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics)

consider SOCIAL SCIENCES since you're talking about engineering.
i.e Architecture, QS, Estate Management, Town Planning

you shoyld have stated your current job for better advice as it is advisable to remain in your experienced field.

Read computer science to get solid theoretical foundation plus degree in case he wants to further.

At the same time, start learning programming from day one in school to get practical experience.

You can study anything with a good jamv result, the result is commendable..

Your options are so many. You can study any social science course (Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, etc.) if you don't want to study a science course considering you are pressed for time and may not be opportune to attend lab sessions because of work.

But remember, your degree won't determine your future. I studied engineering but now I work in taxes. I am earning more than many of my engineering classmates today

I don't see anything wrong with your result. You can actually study anything with your result and yes including medicine!. During your POST UTME or clearance or whatever, all you need is at least 5 credits in Mathematics, English, chemistry, Biology, physics which you have already from your result. Yiu can also do engineering courses with the result too.

Please kindly remove biochemistry from the list. It is very useless course to study in Nigeria
