Hello .. I appreciate the response I have gotten so far..
I still have some.,
1.)Agent? The agents on some of this schools website? Can they be used?
2)Can anyone recommend masters programme for Bachelor of Arts Students?
Thank you

1. It is against the rules to discuss agents on this platform.

2. As a Graduate of arts you can go into different fields from Education, Media (Journalism, Tv Production, Film production, Scriptwriting, Digital), Linguistics, Management related courses maybe Nursing (if you have a good waec results maths, english including two science subjects, don't know much about nursing).

But you to have the passion for the courses what you want to do and some experience might still help too.

Make sure the course you're going for is accredited because most Art courses are not accredited especially media courses.

Journalism has main two accredited bodies (NCTJ and BJTC).

TV and Film production is under the skill shortage list.

Hope this helps.

Great!! Thanks for your response. Okay I am looking at 400£ max for the apartment. I will check out Gumtree and see what the price range looks like. Do you intend using an agent for your visa application or you intend doing it your self?
Hmmmm, that's £100 per week? That would be quite hard to find o but let's see how search turns out.

As per the visa application, I would be doing it myself.

The PTF announced today that there will be a test run for local flight resumption on Saturday and if successful, a date for the full opening will be announced later next week.

Let's keep our fingers crossed!

when did you apply to GCU? I also applied to GCU, I submitted my application of the 17th of June, and received a mail from them on the 22nd of June, stating my Student ID, and informing me that my application is in process, they also apologized for the delay in the application decision. Ever since then, I havent heard from them.
Maybe we should send a mail to them at <applications@gcu.ac.uk>

I submitted my application 27th of February. I have emailed them twice. The last time I emailed them they responded that I have to patient because the course I applied for is in high demand so I will have to wait.

I decided to accept another school.

Good evening all, please I am thinking of sponsoring my younger sister's masters study in the United Kingdom. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Technology Education (Electrical/Electronics Technology Education), with Second Class Upper, from a Federal University. I would appreciate if anyone could assist with the right programme to do and maybe affordable institutions, preferably below 15k in a nice location.

Also, Is there a particular education programme that she can study or would a generic Education (MA) be okay? I have checked some schools but have been unable to see the right course. I don't want to waste my money.

If you don't mind, is there anything she needs to do in Nigeria before leaving? She told me she applied for the Teachers Registration certification but they haven't set the date for the examination yet.

I actually have admission to some schools, including Oxford University, but I am still contemplating if I should proceed as a self-funded student because I don't have the intention of staying back in the UK after studies. I have a job in Nigeria that I don't intend to leave anytime soon. I am just thinking of investing the money in the lady, because she has this hustling spirit and I feel that she would succeed if given the right platform. I need your assistance to make the right decision.

Thank you.

Undergrad is a very long time not to have funds or be stuck in the uk due to lack of funds.....

Nigeria has many good undergraduate programs . It's always best to cut ones coat according to one material. You have many who have done first degree in Nigeria and move on to higher things

Like earlier suggested, get your first degree in Nigeria then work towards postgraduate abroad.

I say hi from Ekiti. Please House, don't look away on my matter abeg. I don't really see people posting about University of Chester here. Is Chester not too good ni or what?
I applied for "Applied Project Management"while making enquiries from the University. They said the Course is Distance Learning Course. So Changed to Msc. Management. Due to affordable tuition £10;450. I prefer to go to Chester.
Please what can the house say about Chester city, students live, student jobs and my life after the program based on the chosen Course "Management" if Management is not a good Course in UK, I can quickly ask the school for change of course again. Am selling everything to relocate to thru Student route . I need your good advice please . Please don't refer me to Google search bcus Google sef don dey tire of my searching every day.
Thank you all

I got an offer from University of Chester for MSc Family and Child Psychology (actually the only school offering it, if am not mistaken). Personally the place suits me, I have gotten a list of mental health facilities around the area that I am hoping to work part time during school and full time when school is on break.

You don't need to panic as you will be eligible for PSW after your course end date so far you passed so you can stay for 2 more years and attend your graduation.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to calculate how many years visa to apply for. You will just apply for tier 4 visa and the entry clearance Officer will decide how long to give you based on the information provided on your CAS.
