I just want to appreciate you guys. I do cook in those days, but over time, I lost the handle from luxury of having people do it for me. Recently, I find myself having to do all the cooking, so I just do it to the best of my effort. But I know it's not like what people do. So I look over some stew topic yesterday from the library/archives. I am glad to say, I got it almost to the T.
So this is just a shout out to all you here that gives training and lectures. You are all a life saver!!! Thanks.

Hi Missy,
I hope you received this. I followed the recipe and direction to make food. I would like some guide on avoiding the errors encountered.
1. Meat pie - the crust came out hard. Was that because of not enough butter or what did I missed?
2. Jollof rice- I figured out my mistakes here: too much pepper and cloves.
I'm glad I got the stew quite well, I just have to improve with more practice.

The meatpie appears to look stone hard. Possibly you overbaked it or the recipe wasn't right.

Please we we are in the jet age. Upgrade the graphics interface of this site. The color is appalling. Don't be like 2go. The earlier the better. If you don't I will build a site exactly with your template with improved color and great app.

The post on the frozen chicken with Salmonella that is currently causing illness and death in UK is deserving of Front Page treatment. It is said to have been traced back to Poland. So if there's anyone importing frozen chicken from Poland in Nigeria, they need to know the risk. Have a look if it meets your criteria.
