So I guess its a sign of good things to come.

I had my pre CAS interview in February, paid full tuition and came back to apply for tier 4 then corona virus happened and everything shut down

Where and how do I get this health surcharge ref number? Is it from paying the NHS fee?

Also, can anyone give me the link to the page on the UK website where it states that the only statement of account that can be used is the applicant's or his parent's (I need that link to convince someone and drive an argument) I have tried to search too but can't find it.

Yes. Once you pay the IHS amount , your IHS number is automatically generated and sent to your mail, along with a payment receipt.

It depends on the school you're applying to, but it's best you take the IELTS to be on the safe side. I hear all UK schools will soon require an English test pretty soon (not sure how true this is though)

I have actually started looking out for a studio apartment in Warrington for me and my spouse too. I have actually seen a couple of affordable ones, howeva I plan to pay before arrival altho I have someone that lives close to the city that will help me inspect the house and also liase with the owner when the time comes

They sent a mail for me to send my IELTS cos they said it is about to be forwarded to their compliance team. I want the CAS to be ready towards month end so that if they need my statement it must have met the 28 days timeline.

Thanks for the update That's, That's better. I think you should also wait a bit before applying for the certificate of good character because they won't accept it once it's over 6 months.

Kindly assist. All my degree certificates states 3 of my names, but my passport carries 4 names. E.g Amina Okoro Adeshina, but passport Carries Amina Okoro Taiwo Adeshina. Would I be required to get an affidavit?

My two cents

I just did and collected my TB certificate in Abuja.
I now have my passport ready, paid my deposit, have an unconditional offer, have my TB certificate and a funded account for my trip. Awaiting my CAS and VISA. God please perfect what you've started for me and all my friends.
