I have a few links that explain most of the steps. I can explain but maybe not as indept as you will require to start up. Beyond what anyone will explain you'll need to do lots of research as this journey requires lots of patience.

You just need your passion, idea and determination to make it depute all odds. Don't put money first. If you are looking for what will fetch you money in the next one year,blogging is not for you.
