It is D'banj who has filed a lawsuit. He is the one to prove all the elements of his case. One of such element is that he didn't rape Seyitan. He is going to have to prove that.

Seyitan will be defending herself against the lawsuit. She would be disproving, not proving. If she wants to prove, she would have to file a counterclaim.

This girl is not telling the truth. How can the guy get to her hotel at that odd time, collected the key to her room, opened the door and just raped her. My question is this; in every hotel of that status, there must be an inner bolt, to prevent an intruder to such room. Did he force the door to her room openend? Hell NO.

There is noway there will be any forceful entry to her room, that the cctv cannot pick. If DBange had access to her room, that translates that whatever happened in that room was consensual and not rape.
