When raped victims don't come forward, we can see why.... Upon the trauma of bring raped, pressures, intimidation and outright arm twisting to the victim just to make them drop it. Many sadly are being killed after rape to silence them permanently.

A lawsuit is not a criminal charge. It is a claim or dispute. It is a civil case. No one will go to jail. If D'Banj wins his lawsuit, Seyitan can file for bankruptcy to avoid paying the bogus claim in damages. She does not appear very rich, so she can't even give her properties in lieu of the money D'Banj is asking.
