aghh na wao this is unusuall .market women are the most friendly when u get to their level.u speak broken english and dont act too proud.same scope is working for me here in dominica.there is this lady selling pineapples,eggs,coconut,watermelon,garden eggs(they call it eggplants here),bananas and plantain here.i always buy bananas and plantains from her plus eggs.she has become my friend and always greet and hail her every morning i am going out.the other day i purchased about 4 dollars(about five hundred and something naira) worth of plantain from her.d plantain she now gave me was worth 8 dollar( about one thousand and something naira).when i came to my lodge with the plantain and a friend asked me how much i bought it and i told her the price she didnt believe it .plantain just full everywhere and i store some for fridge .In the market in the main town of Roseau there is another lady i patronise when i want to get my garden eggs and coconut then mangoes and apples.she dey add jara as well.all na scope sha .

I remember importing some memory cards from China (1688.com) in 2018 or 19 at an extremely cheap rate, but I sold my 16GB for 5 to 8k+ each.

Also, I naturally hate anything sugary not because of a health issue, but my body naturally doesn't like it. Finally, exercise is key and junk food is bad.
