If you go to UK for masters , after your masters you will need a job , believe me they will give their own job first before they think of u.
If you build your house, that doesn't stop you from going hungry cos house only takes money it won't give you money every month, oh u intend renting it out, will you be living on the proceeds of renting your house for a whole year?

My advice is use your money to start a business, the proceeds will build your house and take you to UK either for further studies or enjoyment.

UK will be needing lots of helping hand cuz of their recent brexit. and dublin there are hustlers there. we know quite well naija is not an option but southy is off the table as for other countries they mention they are core racist country

Nairaland..if I may ask, in what part of the UK is Dublin? Truth is, UK is a nasty place for most Nigerian immigrants. You pay prohibitively expensive school fees and you get no reward in terms of job or even visa..They expect you to fly right back to your country. Nothing said about the UK in the comments I have read is out of place. By the way, Dublin is in Ireland..a independent country from the UK. Northern Ireland is still in the UK though, with it's capital in Belfast..Things may however improve in the UK when Brexit is actualized..But for now, it's a no no..

Is like saying Nigerians willing to accept people from chad or Cotonou, after asking Ghanaians to leave . No laugh me Abeg. U.K. only willingly accepts so many african applicants, because they need their tuition and for them to do the odd jobs that their people will usually not do.
How many times you don hear say person get tier 2 work from Nigeria except from nurses & doctors? They don’t need unnecessary nigerian graduates that won’t add value to their system fam. Just carry your degree dey go when you finish

Quite a lot of IT professionals also receive tier 2.....
Uk is good for tech guys...pay is also not bad. However, I'll advice a nigerian IT guy to work remotely which is better. Earn in foreign currency n spend in naira.

If u can break into financial or consulting sector, that's also cool. But it's highly competitive n u have to be good.

What I will discourage is someone coming here to do masters and paying all that expensive school fees in a non medical or non IT course...
That's a big no for me.

2: What do you plan to study - be aware that Covid19 has changed the relative relevance of certain job skills in preferences for field-work, technology and medical mobile/agile requirements
3: In your own estimate, how much will your completed house go for on the market in the event that you end up jobless with the rest of the already thick unemployment market and deepening Naira-slide (to chaos). will it beat the Nigerian Inflation or will it sell for half the costs you put in i.
4: why is marriage important to you at this point... peer, pastor or family pressure? you are a guy - marriage can take a back-seat for now

I would advise go abroad and study a course relevant to the job needs of the day.. you might get an abroad job and the safety-net of a working environment, get married then and send us pictures

i have 4 friends who made the a decision to travel (legally) abroad... they never regretted it

the best things is to complete your house over here . You can travel out when the pandemic is reasonably low.
