I also had similar experience but I noticed that OTP was sent to my mail directly whereas I was expecting it on phone. You can check your mail for OTP if u don't get it on phone after request.

The mail they sent you for the CBT exam. Check under details of the mail. You would see the number of candidates they sent the mail to. You will also see you email address there too

Infact, I have written the exams and I am waiting for the next phase of the interview

No it was not. The questions were more of logical reasoning and very few current affairs questions

Just be hopeful, for now we don't know the criteria the selection committee will use in the interview selection process.
