With all these posts some Yorubas will come from the blues calling for unity among the southerns so they can give birth to a Yoruba president right?

I am wondering if any sane Yoruba person is watching the unity among other region against the Yorubas in this trend? You guys are just creating more problems for yourself, I have said it times without numbers, that presidency you guys will not see it and more topics and conversations like this amongst the Yoruba will come to play in the near future as their selfish desire will always remain futile.

Obasanjo is the only Yoruba man ya”ll will ever witness as president in the country at least in the near 100years
When the majority are seated, minority keeps shut and wait at the table. If not for the help of a Yoruba man in the person of OBJ, not even a southsouth would smelt the presidency. We allow you loafers fool yourselves before we strike. The whole Nigeria know we are "snakes", if I lie ask your igbo brothers. We truncated their biafra dreams back then and we will still crush it again until they start having sense and as for Lagos, your case is liken to 'monkey dey work, baboon dey chop'. Your elders tried calling Lagos a no man's land and failed how much more you cretins fooling around online. When the time comes, we shall put you all in your places but for now you can continue to enjoy the moment.

That’s a false quote by IBB, Babangida will never say such things ever! He has too much respect for the Yorubas.

Even after the Yorubas frustrated him out of his presidential/head of state seat, he still appointed Shonekan a Yoruba man to be the ruler of Nigeria while. Courtesy he would never in this life time and next pay to the Igbos ever.

Yorubas can never be cowards, cowards don’t form security outfits like Amotekun. Yorubas fought the Ashanti and won, Yorubas repelled the fulanis when they marched down south in their conquest to deep in the Quran into the Atlantic Ocean but we put an end to that. Don’t fall for propaganda and lies, no true Edo man can ever have a general hate for Yorubas, it would be a cutting your nose to spite your face type of situation, totally nonsensical.

Well as far as I’m concern Yoruba has never fought a war & Never have I heard.

All those things you made mention above you refer to them as war? If you want to talk about notable wars in Nigeria to an extent you don’t even need to educated anybody about it then we should talk about Biafra war & the endless Biko haram saga, now that’s what I call war.

No Yoruba state can stand the heat of Biko haram, the way your people will run one will think dangote bought an entire state, plough & harrow the state like it was a farm land meant for rice farming.

Come visit Edo of now and feel the heat how we detest the Yorubas, the Yoruba politics of late is causing havoc and hate against your people in Edo state...

Mr.. I dont think there is any state in Nigeria that enjoys 247 light like osun state.. especially oshogbo.. I was talking of when I went to do one or two things there.. for 3 days straight ,dem no carry like.. the 3rd day evening, they took the light for like 30 minutes naso the light dey till I comot ooo . In oshogbo, you'll most find people disconnecting the fridge.. and most people use hot plate. I can bet it that oshogbo atworst enjoys 20hrs supply steadily everyday..

What part of Osun have you lived before? Let us discuss so I can understand your line of argument.

In Osun for example, there are days where you will have electricity for 24hrs sometimes for a 5 consecutive days. Averagely, you can have like 18hrs of electricity nonstop for a month.

Okay where have you lived in Osun, let’s discuss.
the last time I went to oshogbo . I enjoyed a 7days supply of electricity..(they took the light in the 3rd day for like 30mins.. and you get to eat fresh foods in osun)

Yoruba the weak link in war?
Do you know that only less than 200 Yoruba soldiers defeated battalions of Biafra soldiers?

Do you know that Yorubas like Gbadamosi King,Obasanjo...Ebora Owu,.....Benjamin Adekunle...The Black Scorpion etc won the war for Nigeria?

Do you know that only the Egbas defeated the undefeated dreaded Fon warriors 4 times?

Do you know that Yorubas fought wars for 100 years at home and abroad?

Do you know that a Yoruba warrior known as Victor Banjo was the one who led Biafra to victory until Ojuku killed him and Biafrans were beaten black, blue and red until humiliated?

Do you know that Yoruba have the largest Empire that lasted more than 500 good years?

Do you know that wrapper bearing men are cowards?

Do you know that Cowards do not have Empire?

Do you know that warriors like the Yorubas are not easy to come by in Nigeria?
They are called Sophisticated Warriors grin
do u know that women from dahomey killed 2/3rd of your fore fathers generation and the remaining ones went and hid under olumo rock.

I came across where you wrote “IF”. That is just the perfect definition the Oxford dictionary should have made reference with as an example to define if as “If Yorubas had the military assets in their state the way Kaduna does they will defeat Boko Haram” at least anybody that check the meaning of IF in the dictionary will quickly understand as soon as they come across “YORUBA, MILITARY ASSETS, DEFEAT & BOKO HARAM”

My friend listen, they can never with they clear eyes or beer parlour eyes move the military base and asset to any Yoruba land.

Afonja was assassinated in a palace coup

Ibadan not only defeated Fulani but spanked Bini out of Yoruba territory in Ekiti and Ondo to the extent that Ibadan started raiding bini kingdom for slaves.

It is a silly fallacy to remotely insinuate that Ibadan defeated the Sokoto Caliphate. Even if the Yoruba army won a consolatory battle, if any, the damage had already been done in places such as Offa. Even Ogbomosho and Oshogbo would have been completely sacked but the urge of human tendencies distracted the foot soldiers from the north. However the influence of Caliphate had already been planted in the two cities before the onslaught reached a stalemate.

Awolowo nearly wiped out the entirety of Biafra land with the stroke of a pen.

Who do you think coined the “Naira” that you spend, and do you know why Nigerian pounds we were spending back then was changed to Naira.

You mistake being peaceful for weakness lol, only savages think like that.

Why do you think the Southwest is the most peaceful region in Nigeria, and we don’t get attacked by boko haram and herdsmen like other region? It’s because everyone understands not to mess with the Southwest region, it never ends well with any tribe that tries it, let’s not kid ourselves.

Even the civil war lasted 3 years because of Victor Banjo (a Yoruba man) that fought on the biafran side.

The “art of war” is not just about being savages, you need to be intelligent and tactical to win. When it comes to combat sports, Yorubas are the ones that shine worldwide! Don’t be fooled by propaganda.

What other tribe can successfully establish a security outfit like amotekun that was fiercely criticised and antagonised by the north and make it legal?

Yoruba will never be the weakest link in anything in Nigeria or Africa or worldwide we are too powerful and resourceful.
