The igbos know as long as tinubu is alive and politically active, they don't have any chance in Lagos, but sincerely they want to get their share even if it is 10%. Unfortunately his successor will be brutal and domineering that they will prefer tinubu's leadership.

And in your small thinking you feel just saying 5 million is in the van closes the case. He will have to proof how he withdrew the money from the account on that day.nailing tinubu is not a difficult task and he knows it. Just watch as events u fold.
Judeerons32:
They still will link Asiwaju to any news. Sometimes I wonder those who shout bullion vans if they are not mischievous or just plain stupid. If u take Asiwaju to court. Did u see the contents of the vans? Do you know how much were in the vans assuming it was money? Is there a law against banks transporting 5million in bullion vans? Assuming he says that's what it was. Really how has the bullion van and Asiwaju tired to Magu travail just bests my imagination everytime I read it. Some people just don't get tired.

Oga stop hallucinating and get back to reality...

Those Vans will be traced to a bank..
The banks will reveal the content of the vans.
The banks will also reveal the accounts from which those funds where funneled from.
A forensic audit of the accounts will tell the whole story.
Tinubu will have to tell the investigators what he needed all that money for.
They will ask to see what the money was used for.
Why will he be needing that much money on the eve of an elected in which he is an interested party...

If they want to nail him they will cos the odds are beautifully stacked against him.

First they said it was because of TY Danjuma and Abubakar Abdusalam that Magu was removed, now it is Tinubu's turn to be the fingered cause of the removal. All these lazy journalists and newspapers that thrive on speculative and baseless journalism keep dragging their reputation in the mud.
I think the Abdulsalam and Danjuma story is more credible cos it was written by Segun Adeniyi who had been president Yar'aduas media aide.

This your response would have made sense but Tinubu put himself In a tight corner with his response then. I said it then when he made that statement "Is it your money?

That was him simply affirming that the billion van was carrying money. He could have said it is coupon or gifts or anything else but money, or he could have quietly shut up.

Tinubu wasn't smart in his response at all.

Hehehehe. It's hilarious you feel you're smarter than Tinubu. cheesy grin grin

He can easily afford 50 SANs to work for him.

They can't prove there was money there.

He can even say yes, there was money there but 10,000 naira in each van. He can claim it was Monopoly Paper money. It's now left to the accusers to prove it was filled to the brim with money.

You see the reason why he's a billionaire and you, your dad are just mere wailers ? cheesy

An average lawyer would question the petitioner as follows:

Bottomline: It is not enough to accuse, proof is the meat.

It is not a case of a petitioner vs Tinubu. It is about Magu investigating Tinubu on the content and source of content of the bullion vans. It is Tinubu that should be answering such questions... not a petitioner. Well I guess Magu may be saying something on that... hopefully he doesn't somehow commit suicide moments before he is supposed to begin singing.

Pls tell me, is it a crime for a successful businessman to donate money to his party and party faithfuls? Of course the money to be given out to the party faithfuls for mobilization was much so it had to be brought by the bank for security reasons.

Some of these children think it is easy to prove an allegation against someone beyond all reasonable doubt. It is a herculean task.

An average lawyer would question the petitioner as follows:

Lawyer: You saw bullion vans driving into the respondent's house on February 22nd 2019 at 1700 hours?
Petitioner/Witness (with an air of pride that the questions would be easy): Yes!
Lawyer: Can you tell the honourable court the contents of the vans?
Petitioner/Witness: Money!
Lawyer: Can you give the court an estimate of how much money was there?
Petitioner/Witness: I don't know.
Lawyer: Fair enough. Did you see money loaded into the vans and offloaded from the vans, and if so, can you tell us the originating bank where the money emanated from?
Petitioner/Witness: That is for the EFCC to investigate....
Lawyer (cuts in sharply): ... but you made the allegation. How can you make an allegation without solid evidence? We are not aware that a bank was robbed, we are also not aware that the contents of the vans was indeed money. It could as well have been food to feed the people in his house. We can as well ask the company whose bullion vans were used to transport whatever, but what if the vans drove in empty to pick up money to take to the polling centres? Have you considered that? I think it is not enough to submit a petition accusing someone of something without in the least a pictorial evidence of the contents of the van. (Turns to the judge) I think the petitioner is looking for cheap fame and made a naive attempt to smear the image of the respondent. I pray to the honourable court that, as a deterrent to the petitioner and people like him, the petitioner pays the cost of this court sitting and aggravated damages of 1 billion naira or a jail term of 5 years in lieu of the fine.
Petitioner/Witness (in his mind): who will save me now? I have a wife and dependants, who would take care of them? Why I no just leave this matter alone when I know say I no get proof?

Bottomline: It is not enough to accuse, proof is the meat.

All the newspaper you've written here is all baseless
The bullion van was from the CBN ,CBN has acess to two things one is money and other is election materials moreover why will foods be loaded in a bullion van not truck?? You guys should think

If you're a lawyer or have had a case in court you wouldn't had typed this rubbish. There would be cross-examination and EFCC should had investigated before filing a case. If it was Atiku moving in two bullion vans at the eve of an election, you wouldn't had defended him this way or would you? corruption is corruption and should be condemned and mind you those bringing up these allegations against Tinubu are his partners in the APC, the Northerners. be rest assured that they would never let him be President and even a baby knows this

I know you dad goes to wait for him at the gate to collect money for your family to eat.

If he was smart, he would have allowed the SANs to make the statement not opening his mouth to expose his gullibility.

He by himself confirmed to everybody that the bullion van was carrying money.

You should have ask yourself, why it was Soo difficult for Magu to venture in to that case, because they know the end.
If it would have been an easy one, Magu would have done an Abracadabra and everything will die down.
