You spoke as if you just fell from the sky my friend. Many people had been arrested for committing no crime and they never made it back alive from the police cells. So, don't pretend like Nigeria police or SARS need any reason to pick you up on the road, at the event or even in front of your father's house

BTW: at this point, he had been extra-judicially killed, his offence didn't matter anymore. Unless you are looking for a way to justify extrajudicial killings

The same privileges he denied that young man. if indeed he Is culpable he should go down for his crimes even if it's 100yrs later that's the position of the law.

At this point the offense he committed is not necessary cos this is just a narration n not an investigation. It will definitely come up during the investigation. What is important to note here is that no offense is grievous enough to warrant extrajudicial murder.

they bump into our lodges in school to arrest for no given reason.Bail is, #30k no discount.
Same faith my senior brother suffered in 2015.His only crime and that of other passengers was having a broken down vehicle and there by waving down their bus (SARS) not knowing it was them. They stole his phones and wallet, footwear, clothes. eventually got him out after having spent 4 days there with a heavy sum as bail.
Their punishment will never cease, it will transcend to the their generation unborn.
