1. There's nothing in that post that suggests that she OWNS that building. If she pays rent, then in that sense she owns it until rent is due.

Since you don't understand, let explain it to you, if you rent an apartment, what do you tell people? "I am going to my landlord's house"?

2. Talking about building her business obviously isn't referring to only the physical structure which doesn't represent her business. She could relocate somewhere else and it'd still be her business.

3. Like I told the other fella, you haven't been on a construction site before. Look at that picture and look at the hole in that wall.

Does that look like something that was just constructed or something that was knocked out of an existing wall?

Who paints a wall before the window and does are fixed?

If you want to buy a house or even car from Mr X and he is showing you his posts on Nairaland and Instagram as valid proofs that he is the owner of the house or car he wants to sell to you, will you gladly pay him the payment for the house/car?
Won't you request for LEGAL documents of the building like the Certificate of Occupancy, Land Survey, Deeds of Agreement or vehicle license and particulars for the car?

While I can't vouch for any politician in Nigeria including Osinbajo, we all know that a professor of Law of the calibre of Osinbajo, even before he joined politics in Lagos State can afford to renovate that building for his daughter.

Telling specific lies that it was bribery money from Magu that Kiki used to lease that building is just plainly wicked.

I see the need to pull rich people down because of endemic poverty in the land is why the average Nigerian youth will jump on the bandwagon of pull-her-down. (Wait until it's your turn).

But some people actually, truly work hard for their own money even though it's hard to believe.

Not just anywhere in Abuja oooo. Wuse, 2. Mind you, first rent for such places in Abuja starts from 2 years...

Conservatively, she would have needed:

#30m for rent
#10m to fully renovate
#5m for furnishing
#5m to equip

That's #50m for someone who finished university in 2016 & had #60m in 2017 to open such business.
