These are warts caused by papiloma virus. Not acne.

This is not the remedy for warts. What you have in the pics are skin tags which is quite different from the Ops condition.

Change your diet and drink more water.

Wash your face regularly esp at night with warm and toilet soap.

What you are experiencing is periocular dermatitis. Consult a doctor.
