Believe me sir I truly understand your predicament. My friend have these same issue. Exactly like yours. He travelled to several states looking for cure, it only subsides and after long time resurface again. Please if you eventually find the cure, just tag me so that I surprise him.

2 Things I ll recommend for you:

1. Rub Close up on it over night for 7 days(The red gel one). Please buy the big tube....the quality is higher and more effective.

OR

2. Rub original wide honey (avoid the over processed ones) it will cleanse it off from the root.

Drink enough shayo and get drunk
Then get someone to use razor blade to scrape it off , you won't feel the pain cuz you're drunk
After scrapping it off the person should apply either damatol hair cream or damatol powder, preferably the powder
Continue applying the powder continuously and thank me later

Use Shea butter and thank me later.. they call it Ori in Yoruba..it works for virtually all skin problems.

Hmm, I might be right then

This is fungal acne, that is why it has refused to go even after all the treatment. Retin-A would work but get the Tretinoin Gel variant. Be sure to apply only to the affected part, also note that it may get worse before it gets better because retinoids will usually purge the skin by breaking out all the acnes under the skin before clearing it.
You have to be patient, acne treatments could take up to 6 weeks before a noticeable improvement in the skin condition

You should see a dermatologist or a doctor. It is likely milia.

Don't use skineal or anything else. You might need up ruining your skin.
