Great thread, animals are fun watching on NatGeo wild and they can also be brutal and deadly when hungry...

Those wild dogs and hyenas they are something else, very very stubborn and they usually walk in groups so if you fall into their net you are gone....

On a serious note, I have plans to visit Kenya with my future wife by 2025. I love nature like mad. I will visit the massai Mara, and see the animals in their natural environment.
We take life too serious in Africa. I can't come and go and kill myself oo. Vacations is my number one priority. Less I forget, I'll branch at the great Victoria Waterfalls in Zambia. My future wife will enjoy vacations oo.

It is sure very tasking. They look exhausted most times. I have little interest in aquatic whatever, so I don’t really keep up with them.

However, I follow one of such photographers @paulnicklen. Dude dives in a lot and they probably attach cameras to some of those creatures and monitor them remotely.

Now that you have asked, I might ask. They are always eager to answer or enthusiasts on such pages would answer you. Mostly whites of course...lol.

Elephants are also found in the wild in Asia. Their elephants have smaller ears than ours. Lions are also found in Asia. They're called Asiatic lions

Male lions hardly hunt. Their main duty is protecting the pride from outsiders and procreation. It doesn't mean they can't hunt, they'll assist the females in bringing down larger prey. Majority of the hunting is done by females

Nope..I’ve seen hyenas bullying about 3-4 lionesses until a male shows up..they caught his scent and took to their heels..he killed one for good measure too.

It's usually 3 or 4 hyenas to 1 lioness, but the male lion always tips the balance in favour of the lions

Venomous means it needs to be injected directly into your bloodstream though the skin while poisonous means it'll cause harm when eaten.
That particular snake gets it poison from the poisonous frogs which are it's primary diet

Very true. Useless animals but successful hunters as small as they are. Hate that they feast while the animal is alive.

They need to start eating their prey very fast because they're usually chased from their kill by larger predators. African wild dogs lose up to 70% of their prey to other animals

I have seen that too. I have enough videos of how hyenas go for lions. While the lions would typically charge at them more (than lionesses), both sides know when they are outnumbered and when to flee.

That's because male lions have a higher natural protective instinct of their pride especially against hyenas. The females mainly focus on fending for the pride.

But Poco, I didn't you know you were an avid follower of the animal species. Nice to know you've got eclectic interests.

On a lighter note, one of your earlier posts sounded like you were trying to defend female lion species as you are inclined to for human females. I was like "you don carry the mata enter animal domain shoo?
