I wonder why till now this guy's moniker is yet to cross the blacklist line even with all these damning evidences, some will argue that it's not scam because definitely he'll provide the phone or whatever just a matter of time but we fail to understand that time is money.

What it means is that it's now normal to hold on to a buyer's money for as long as you like provided that you'll still supply the phones paid for even if it's in the next 3 months. I still remember vividly that chisom was blacklisted because of this same issue, atleast he didn't run away with anyone's funds same thing with kulkid.

Funny thing is you can’t lock him up or even arrest him because he didn’t chop anybody’s money. He defaulted on the unwritten ethics of deal hunting as regards to the platform he is using which is nairaland outside of that he has done nothing criminal.

It’s just bad business behavior with is morally wrong but not criminal. The only way to curb such behavior is creating a deterrent by banning people who do it or blacklisting them.

The only way you can make him legally liable is if you guys had a written contract and he defaulted then you can sue him or something but for now you can only hurt his business by denying him this platform not himself for bad business behavior.

You are not very smart, before I replied that guy I made a post about the guy’s bad business behavior and I have in subsequent posts told people he allegedly defrauded to call him out.

All I said in the post you quoted was the legal process but like most dumb people you do not want to read and understand, it’s deceivers like you who try to appeal to public that are the real scammers. He should be fined for wasting your time and using your money for business. Kreamie Omicpet there is need for a deterrent for this kind of behavior especially when the person is a repeat offender.

Issue is same images.

I also bought a tlc deal from wildchild1 some days before the one from twinskenny, I didn't receive any image or anything, but the item came in on the day he said it would, and when my buyer got uninterested because of communication problems we had, wildchild's colleague helped in ensuring I don't loose the second customer. So buying TLCs should not result in headaches.

I appreciate what omicpet is trying to do, hopefully it all gets resolved soonest.

Hello bosses, I also saw an advert of OGA TWINSKENNY on 20/06/2020 for a boxed SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10 PLUS for 210k, due to a recommendation from a friend that he is legit, I chatted him up about it, I pleaded with him on making a deposit of 100k since it was yet to be shipped that I will balance the following week, I paid the 100k deposit to his account on 22/06/2020. Since then when ever I chat him up about when it's going to be shipped, his response have always been he will get back to me about it. The following week which I was supposed to balance up came, I chatted him up again, it was then he told me he doesn't have the full details about his packages that he is yet to get full confirmation of it from his supplier/picker, on hearing that, I couldn't do the remaining transfer hoping when he confirmed it, I will balance up .I checked on the thread too and noticed OGA LIONEE do post about 25 phones being shipped at once for TWINSKENNY then lionee updated his thread about his 2nd of July Shipment I had hopes high thinking I would get it when the shipment arrive in Nigeria. When lionee first 3 shipment arrived, I chatted him up, still no update now July 2nd shipment have arrived with 24 phones for him, I chatted him up that if it doesn't come with this shipment this time around, I'm tired of no update since I don't mind picking another phone in this shipment I can't keep waiting with no update, he said he would check and get back to me

Now I've messaged him since yesterday and I'm yet to get any response from him.

At this point, as for me if he still can't confirm it in this shipment, I don't mind getting my refund now not to delay further or I use the cash to get S10plus if it's in this shipment.

Like someone said, he just uses our money to do business then refund without interest after wasting our time, imagine an item i paid for since June 2nd and he happily refunded me without any apologies or anything.
