@the bolded. This is a BIG MINUS to selling a mediocre domain name and website.

Backlinks profile is barely non-existent. Less than 50 and from no-authority websites.

It's not a universal domain name but rather African. Majority of Africans don't invest so much in buying and selling of websites except it is a goose that lays the golden egg.

You should have monetized it with Google Adsense and promote it. This should have been earning you an average income of $50 to $100 per month to enable you sell it for at least $800 and above.

You can turn the fortunes of that blog around in a matter of 90 days and you won't want to sell it again. But the images you're using are they royalty free? This could be a turn off if you're using images without permission and you're not a journalist legally approved by any government.

How did you guys rank these domains. What makes them not worth registering. As we all know STR of domain names can be very low, knowing what not to register can be really helpful.

Yes this one if for Wig but of course I'll be expanding this in future. When you say authority site do you mean legal, lawyer firms? This is my first time so I still have alot to learn. The website is live on another domain specifically for development perpose and I just acquired the domain so I'll be moving to the domain in a few days.

In SEO speak, authority website simply means a blog or website with a lot of high trust ratio and expertise for the website, owner or blogger as the case may be. And it has avalanche of relevant and authority backlinks from diversified sources in its field.
