Oh really, so why do they attack innocent humans?
Don't mind that person, it is lies, some species of shark naturally can eat humans, some would use you as food when hungry, don't be deceived. Some attack but upon knowing it is human it attacks and let go. Let be wise.

Be there, if shark is hungry it will chop you, lol. See what you read or watch most times it is not the case as it happens, do more research.

How many people do you know that were EATEN by sharks? How many shark attacks happen in a year and how many of these victims were EATEN?? How many were even fatal?

I reckon you stayed in Nigeria to do this research. You might wanna help me with your findings. I am open to learning.

blame it on the greed and selfishness of your political godfathers who have surrounded themselves with thugs to intimidate people. I'm sure somebody like you would be shouting babarere baba kee, to tinubu who claimed he had laid down a model or legacy for lagos...legacy of thuggery and corruption. The only man who refused to share lagos money with Tinubu's cronies but used it for massive infrastructural development in lagos in 3 years was sent packing. The puppets whom they believed would do their bidding has no single project to point to in his100 days in office, during which ambode had completed bridges and roads. All we see him do is shout covid-19 here and there spending donated funds. Shebi they've been sharing the lagos money already and the state of our roads is bad with refuse littering everywhere in lagos with ocean-like floods. Anyway, na part of the lagos legacy or model be that. Lagos mega city indeed.

Blame buhari who stopped alhaji jakande from constructing the lagos lite rail in the 80s when he was military head of state. The infrastructure which would have reduced lagos traffic a great deal.

Blame your people up north who don't believe in tomorrow, those who would always squander everything that comes their way in one day, believing God would provide what they'd spend tomorrow, as if God Himself isn't a God of process and organisation.

Google Rwanda, an African country once torn by war now witnessing massive infrastructural and economic development and about becoming a tourist destination

The infrastructure in Rwanda wasn't built by Rwandans. It was built by Europeans and or Chinese. Just same way China is building rail tracks in Nigeria. If it wasn't given to China it will never get done or done wrongly e.g. the Nigerian workers would lay it right for first 10km and then make a silly mistake that will cost lives between 10-12km.

It's time for an introspection in black Africa!

It is not a matter of being in Nigeria or not, the internet is there any ways that's the problem with such people like you.
Anytime a post is made by anyone i do due diligence by researching immediately to know in details whether it is true or not.
Lastly am not a fan of spoon feeding people with information like links, site etc.

Some species of shark can attack human beings, and devour them. A few other species can be dangerous and has been known to attack and devour a human being at least once: Shortfin Mako, Blue Sharks, and hammerheads.
This “mistaken identity” theory concerns only the biggest, most powerful, and most feared of the carnivorous sharks: the great white shark.

As a matter of fact great whites do not seem to love human flesh and prefer seals because they have more fat. It is true that they can attack, and release. But sometimes they are really hungry and will attack you wether you are a seal or not, and they do it clearly to EAT you because they tear your legs and cut you in two in a few seconds ( ! ) This kind of attack is rare, but always lethal given the size and power of the great white. Even if those attacks are supposed to be “rare”, the great white is still the shark responsible for the biggest number of lethal attacks to this day.

In other words the shark who is supposed to hate human flesh is the shark who devoured more people. Weird isn’t it ?

----- Tiger sharks are highly dangerous because even shark enthusiasts admit it: they eat and attack about anything. They are labelled the “trash of the sea” you can find anything in their stomach. It’s even surprising they are number two only when it comes to the number of lethal attacks.

---- Bull sharks are as agressive as tiger sharks and can eat about anything too. They can live in fresh waters and have already attacked and killed people in rivers. One of the place we often hear about when it comes to shark attacks is the Reunion Island, belonging to France.

As you can see all those statements “no sharks are harmless they’re only mistaken and always bite and release” are…slightly exagerated.

Now OK a shark attack still is a rare event. But a very impressive one, so I find it normal that medias are fascinated by this. Because people are fascinated by this, and media will cover what people are fascinated with. This is how it works and always will…
Enjoy

I know the species of sharks that are most aggressive. I want to know where and when the shark in your research DEVOURED a human (or humans).

Give me a link to that. Keep it simple and direct this time.

It is as simple as ABC for you now to read those paragraphs (claims) that was written and research about it that's an assignment for you if want to know, very simple.
Before I told you I don't spoon feed people with those informations, I wrote those out of generosity.
If I post the link, you won't learn. I didn't learn that way, maybe that's the way your tutors taught you in Nigeria. Sorry just find out and learn.
Just very simple if you really want to know, it is on the internet.

It is way easier to post a link to your research, but you choose to deflect with a longer epistle- because there is none. You in Nigeria will stay and tell seasoned marine biologist in the West that sharks have been DEVOURING humans? Shebi it is you they devoured? Better stop watching horror movies.

Nonsense and ingredients. grin

Hahaha, you're very funny, the information I got is on the internet, I research just few minutes when I read the post. The piece of information iwrote, still the west that put such information on Google, you are rather confused.
For example, There's a topic sentence I wrote that pertains the happening in France, which is first hand, if you were smart enough you would have go to Google search, quickly to know if it is true or not. Good bye.

Various sea animals ranging from sharks, stingray, eel, jellyfish, hammerhead shark, starfish, sea turtle and ocean reefs. Enjoy the breathtaking pictures.

Humans are not part of their ecosystem, especially a wandering human who is oblivious of the right mannerism around them cheesy. So, it is only normal they come for you.

However, the intention is never to eat you. They either mistake you for any of their usual prey or it is just defense/curiosity.

There have also been cases where shark attacks were traced to conditioning (shark feeding by divers). They go attacking innocent people who had no plans of feeding them. That is why some countries discourage such.

If you check most attacks, they hit once and back off. Repeated attacks on same individual is an aberration and would call for investigation.

What are they investigating? That the fishes have gone mad or just for pure scientific purposes?

I'm awed by your literacy on these things, are you a marine spirit, or you're just vast?

Because most victim accounts would always say it bit them, took them down and left them. When it keeps coming back for same person, it goes against its natural behaviour. Whites are not like us that would assume it just wanted to eat you.

Marine spirit, Sir.
