It must be more than one.
One is manageable.
Yeah, it's possible

Thanks boss.....I parked somewhere now and tried the gear shift to neutral method and the vibration was still there but minimal compared to when on drive. I will have the engine seat checked as today.

I called my mech and he was talking about shocks......but he said until I come

This could be as a result of many things but one culprit is usually the idle air control valve. You could also try servicing the throttle body.

I bought a bankers corolla in Feb 2020, bought it quite cheap as owner was relocating to canada, spent about 20k to put it in good shape, total cost is still less than 700k. I got a driver for it just two weeks ago, and am taking only 15k per week. Please, note that car is manual.
This period is quite tough for ehailing. A friend of mine said hes been working 6am to 7pm everyday, mon to sunday. Highest he has received after ALL DEDUCTION was just about 21k. Please, note the word HIGHEST. I usually huzzle with my car b4 and after work before, but for like a month now, i don stop am; its not worth it for me. It's easy for me to STOP because i still have my salary, many do not have such priviledge..Pls, i encourage PARTNERS to try and be reasonable with their demand this period. #Gracias

It'[s been six weeks since i gave out this car, no issue of any sort, driver dey comply and he has continue to pay his rental PROMPTLY! Slowly but surely i will recoup my investment.

I set out from my house (off brown road surulere) around 5:30am aiming to clinch bolt's morning bonus.
1st 3trips that came in are over 10mins pick up time, while their destinations are showing as surulere. I rejected.

4th trip was going to Fadeyi, with 13mins pick up time. I decided to go cos I've rejected many. Called rider to tell him how long it'll take me to get to him, he said he can't wait and cancelled.

5th trip came with no destination, called rider and he was going to diamond estate isheri.
Egbeda was my base before I relocated to surulere Feb, and I know how difficult it is to get ride to better places from their, coupled with the traffic, coming out of Egbeda in the morning. I decided to go offline. Told rider that I can only go for 3k. He agreed and we proceed.

Dropped him off in less than 40mins, turned on my app.
1st two trips that came in were going to abule-egba and somewhere after abule-egba respectively. I humbly declinned.

I went and packed close to good luck Jonathan estate.

8th trip came in, showing Ajeromi ifelodun as destination. I cancelled before it could ring half, but it came back again, I accepted. Called rider, he was going to satellite town. ...told him I can't go beyond alakija; he cancelled.
The trip came back again, he cancelled.
I turned off my app for 2mins, turn it on and it came back again, I cancelled. It came back again, he cancelled. It came back again, he cancelled.
Turned off my app and started driving towards Gowon estate, half way towards Egbeda bus stop, I turned on my app again, same trip came in, he cancelled it came again like 3 times; he cancelled. Before another one came in from Jemade estate to Lagos island.

Dropped off rider and took another trip to Ikoyi, then went home from there.
That's how my morning was spoilt oh!

I'm in my room now cooling my mind, body and spirit wirh Vodka.

..."ll continue by 3pm.

How much fuel did you set out with?

@The man talking about car vibration. I don't really think that everything mentioned here is the culprit.

I think the culprit is your coils or spark plugs.

Get a good mechanic to be removing the coils one by one and see if there are changes in engine sound.

Possibly.
But if it's coil, it'll not accelerate well.
Vibration when stationary won't be the only complain.

You can still be looking for other things to do oh.

It must not necessarily be this hustle. At least to keep body and soul together

Car has been given out, & I'm so clueless on what skill to acquire, even if i get one, it will still involve money for transportation and the likes which i don't have at all.

I'm getting fed up....

2k sir.

What's the cylinder size? I took this trip yesterday with 2k fuel, by the time I got to landmark the fuel indicator had lit up. However, I was able to get home(igando) without refueling. Mine is a 2.4l engine and the ac was on all through the to trip but off on fro trip.

I hate to disturb but please do you know if bolt office is open? Or any other method to register as a driver. Was told I need to go to the office.

I'm coming from Abeokuta
bros just download the bolt app, inspect your car, start entering everything from your name, driver's licence, roadworthiness, etc. And boom! You'll be activated in less than 48hrs. I said it here sometime ago and some were doubting me. I later did it for a friend and he's making his doe. Good luck bro

If you are in Abeokuta, why don't you try and run your own Taxi APP. I have one i just built but the lock down is holding me down in the UK.

No commission to pay only 3k weekly. Half price(1k5) for the first month

But since a car isn't forth coming, what do you do? Sit down and get fed up?

I'm not asking you to learn a skill now. I'm asking you to survive
I'm asking you to hustle, brother
Don't wait for an opportunity to knock on your door. Go and find it yourself

Worrying will not solve anything. Never has, never will

Shebi it's only driving you can offer now? Look for something to drive

If Corolla no dey, find Danfo
If Danfo no dey, find Six-tyre

Just leave your house, make some chop-money and have some change in your pocket. Try to survive, brother

No worry. E go better.
