Hello, please my laptop just developed a fault, I was initially using the laptop surfing the net, and I was moving some files from my phone to PC, all of a sudden, a call enter and I tried to unplug the phone from the PC to receive the call, immediately I did that, the laptop abruptly went off with no warning at all... And since then it doesn't power on again or show any sign of life.

The laptop has no underlying issues at all, the battery just got replace (not up to a month) and I was even charging the PC with full battery already before the strange incident..



*Please how can I get this fixed?

*What can cause such problem?

*Is the issue fixable without changing the motherboard which I can't afford.

*If I am to replace the motherboard, how much can it cost?

is it network problem or bad reception because i use nokia suite with the same sim card(MTN 3.5g) and it is very fast

Then after some time I wanna use the laptop, it's not booting again. It will power on but the processor fan will stop rotating and the system will off. .

Though it still dey charge if i plug the charger

If you remove the battery and plug it direct it will still not boot.

If it is a Uk used, It is likely that it would not be the original windows that came with it, They would have already reloaded the windows Os into any version they desired, usually 64bit. Activate the windows and would have done the driver installations already for you. Some might have also helped you install some general apps or softwares like Microsoftword, excel, powerpoint vlc, adobe reader, chrome e.t.c

if the system can boot into the bios menu, goto into the bios settings and restore the bios into default settings, save and exit and restart the system

Hello, my laptop is not connecting to the internet through WiFi.
It searches for available WiFi networks and sees them but it won't connect,any help pls?

It can't boot at all self...

Once I press the power button, the light will blink, and the system fan stops rotating immediately. ..

No booting display at all..

you mean the leds light blinks and possibly the Caps lock button, fan stops rotating. How many times does it blinks ? Does the system gets hotter than normal at the base ? am afraid it is the system board. System board failure

You can open the jpg or jpeg file with photos and select print, then under printer you will see Microsoft print to PDF

when you select "printer" you should see "Something to PDF"

its very easy, just google search for KMSpico activator, it would redirect you to the link, download the Zip file and extracts it with raw or 7zip archiver, and install it. if it requires a password, enter 123 or 1234. it would open the app, detect your windows and activate automatically

yeah, that is how it usually do, it occurs to me too, whenever you run the software, windows defender will detect it as a malware or virus, and will tell you to remove it, Just ignore the warning and activate your windows. After activating it, you can uninstall the app. Or download another version, Kms activator to activate the windows
