Beside, if you exhaust your 1000 minutes before the end of 30 days that is the end of the CUG service for that month. you will have to wait till it 30 days before you can make another subscription. Beside, they are other issues around the 500 Naira CUG e.g (query resolution) which necessitated the introduction of a more robust and standard CUG. E.G Polcom CUG, AgriCom CUG, RCCG CUG etc

I spoke with Airtel CC this morning about their CUG plans. According to them the #700 package is not unlimited, but capped at 2500minutes call.

Please guys can you help with the migration code to the RCCG CUG plan, that of #700 subscription and the procedures. I have my RCCG CUG plan but my wife is on other CUG plan that she can't call me again until am on same plan with her. I want to convert hers to RCCG CUG plan. That of 2500 minutes please.

I started using AIRTEL CUG since last year which as never develop any issue or complaint but last month 29 I did #500 CUG plan on each and we make use of it for just 4-5days, after those days there response was 'MY ACCOUNT IS TOO LOW FOR THIS CALL' whenever we call each other, whereas we still have an active sub on it. I've called AIRTEL customer care for like countless times but they kept on saying they will rectify in d next 18hrs and I'm done tired. Pls can anyone be of help on what to do. Thanks guys

yea, 9mobile is transparent but some how rigid when compare to Airtel and MTN unlimited CUG. In terms of volume, limit, cluster etc the others are better than Etisalat.
