According to my sis who works in a bank HQ. Banks don't really disclose such information to third parties (Except for financial crimes purpose Sha o). IRCC can only work with whatever they see on your bank statement. I believe the most they can ask banks is to verify if; you are a genuine customer, whether your account is unencumbered by any debt and if you are a sole signatory to your account.

Pee2Jay9:
Hello team, pls how far does the VO go in verifying specific payment funds stated on the bank statement transactions?

An investment company that is supposed to refund capital is delaying. Will transferring the exact amount of money from another source, but stating that company name in the naration, fly? I'm wondering if the VO will go as far as verifying reference numbers/exact source of payment or if transfer narration is sufficient?

PS - payments have previously been received from this investment and there's a letter to confirm that they'll refund, attached to the application to IRCC

After paying your tuition deposit, will it be enough to cover for the tuition balance and money to take care of yourself for at least a year... If it is... U are good to go
. Sorry for the long questions if the money was not deposited once but over a period of 6 months will the embassy ask where I got the money.

They can't find out but they will assume it's Cash Lodgement. You need to leave the money in the account for at least 60 to 90 days before applying unless, the account has been running big debit and credit for the past six months.

you don't have to wait 60 or 90 days. If you have a credible explanation for where the money comes from, you can apply immediately.

Is there no documentation to show this investment capital? If there is then in my opinion you should attach that to your documents for POF.

Hello house gurus. Please explain the following I saw on my status:

Review of eligibility
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements

Background check
Not applicable

Good morning house, pls I need urgent reply on this
I intend applying for msc public health but I finished with a 2.2 streamlining my choices to a PGD/PGC
I thought of applying to a PGC related to health and tech such as health analytics, health informatic etc the course is completed in a year full-time in all the colleges I checked.. from what I've read through the thread a 2 years program is the best shot at getting a PR. A friend of mine suggested I go in for a 2 years PGD in health administration (I have no flair for this) then switch to another school that offers health analytics or informatics after spending a semester studying the health administration.
Pls what's the best way to go about this.

Eligibility check is knowing if you meet the requirements to be given the visa
Background check is knowing you have no criminal records

Godsblessings:
she is 20years going for her first degree . And she will be studying pre-social works @university of Winnipeg, which I think it's not available here in Nigeria or limited institution offer the course ,
did you mean we should include her admission and proof of payment of tuition at the Nigeria Univerzity ?
She is currently Studying
human kinetics and health education in Nigeria first year which is different from her admission in Canada.
Concerning ties, landed docs, hubby plan approval, deed of agreement, and survey plan and receipt of payment will be used
, Marriage certificate, birth certificate and family pictures cos I don't think she reflected on our wedding pix
Thankss. We will try to open a dormicilary account for her and transfer her tuition and living expenses their but what if the name of person that fund her dormicilary account is different from my hubby name , how can that affect her application?

Hello Godsblessings,

As per the bolded: In my earlier post, I made it clear to be a valid suggestion ONLY IF a strong point and explanation can be coined.

It will be well-advised if the funds reflects in your spouse's transactional details i.e. name, payment description et cetera. This way, it passes a strong signal and prevents too long of justifiable sentences. However, if proper clarity is given for the source of funds, it won't in any way be a red flag except if there are certain contradicting statements in the explanation.

All the best

There are several - Receipts, and Business agreements and previous payments from the said company. Just the capital refund will be doctored because I want it earlier so as to show in my bank statement. Thanks for responding.

Hey guys,

I checked my account today and noticed that in the general application status, there was a notice that my application/status has been updated but I didn't get any email. When I opened the application, I saw this message: "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam". However, I have not received any medical request on my email. What does this mean? What could be wrong?

Hi guys, I applied for my study permit on the 1st of July, and part of my proof of funds was a certificate of treasury bills that I purchased. My application is still being processed, but the treasury bills will mature on the 30th which is tomorrow. I don’t know how this will affect my application or if I’ll need to roll over and submit that again through the web form. Please any advice will be helpful, thanks.

Hello all......
Please I need your candid advice. I just read through the information on the thread. I applied for study permit and in the documents I submitted, I only attached an attestation letter from a research laboratory even though I don't work there claiming I earn certain amount of money and I will be granted a study leave for a year(letter headed)
. I didn't attach any payment slip or bank statements, could there be any possible threats

Good day Fam,

Over a year now I have being trying to secure admission but to no avail, I currently do not know what I am not doing right.

Pls for anyone who can assist a brother pls pls
I intend to go for Meng because M.sc is more difficult.

I currently hold BS.c in Production Engineering - CGPA: 3.91 and Master's in Engineering Management - CGPA 4.12 though I don't mention the MSc in my applications so that it doesn't become an issue during visa application.

Likewise my fiancee, she has Bsc in Human physiology but has being working in an insurance company for over 2years now and counting.
Her cgpa is less than 3 around 2.8 but want to go for pgd in insurance related course, we really need assistance in doing these

Pls any advice, help or even an affordable agent to assist would be useful.

With ur M.SC qualifications, it's a PH.D u should be looking forward to......... That's a career Progression

As regards getting an M.Eng Admission, u might not av a problem with that, U might need to apply in another dimension and try something new. E.g Sending a Contextualized e-mail to a Supervisor etc.

Do refer to Page 112 for Hints & Tips for Master's/PH.D admission

U not mentioning ur Master's might want to show a loop hole to a visa officer ,and the VISA officer gonna question u on what u av bin doing for the past two years of the Masters u didn't me (so u would need to state that what u av bin doing).

As regards ur wife, she can check out
a One Year Post Graduate Certificate (PGC) Program in
Insurance And Risk Management (IRM1)
@ Fanshawe College, Ontario for their Jan 2021 Winter Intake

Do await more suggestions to ur Questions

Is my second application

Is me that will sponsor myself
I finish from school in 2005
Humber College
Medical Request is April 23
BVL is 20 July 2020
They say i should check my account yesterday to see changes but i see nothing when I check it
Today in my working place they say the same thing again and I see the good news
Who say somebody from ijebu can not go to Canada? They should come and see something

The application I submitted before is pain when Canada deny it but what did I do? I say no and I tell my friend. He tell me about nairaland. It is this place I now meet Sopwriter, Frank, one man like that from express entry and many comment I read
What i do different is sop and loe and Cv is very funny to me. this is sign that canada is collecting our money
I am going sick when they don’t say something that time I post here and today I am happy that the visa have come
Don’t give up apply ten time if they don’t give you 9 time

Thank you all of you
is my pleasure to know you

Congratulations @Obasanjo280. It's very encouraging to see that approvals are beginning to drop gradually on this thread. Consequently, I'm delighted to be in the context of your TRV crowning achievement. I wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

To the hopefuls, I trust this approval will be a motivation to you all and inspire you to never give up on your dreams of emigrating to Canada. Wishing everyone success in their various applications.

As always, it will end in praise.

Thank you so much @Frank,u reviewed my first application's SOP and identified some red flags which were not properly dealt with.I worked on those areas and reapplied, obtained approval and submitted my ppt for final processing since February but haven't heard from VFS & Canny HCommission.I have registered for Fall2020 courses but yet to make payment for tuition because of this uncertainty.
Thank you once more@Frank for your relentless efforts. God bless you always.
