1 you get more shares, you have 10 and you now have 40 shares, nice to look at

2. When the share price is adjusted , as for the case of apple will be divided by 4, it will make apple 'cheaper', thereby leading to more people buying, which will lead to increase in value.

Example, apple is currently at 425, you divide by 4, you get 106.25, so going forward apple share will be 106.25, at this price, you know very well more people will buy because they now see it affordable (this was the reason Tim cook gave for spliting).
Since it's apple, some people won't mind buying at 120.

If people buy at 120, you that bought before the split will gain.

All the banks will open domiciliary account for you. In most cases, the requirements are the same with opening current account. Once opened, you are expected to fund the account with dollars.

Do nothing.
When you are on a speculative trade, it is wisest to avoid throwing more money at it. Averaging down is best for stocks you are sure of holding long term and whose fundamentals are in alignment with your criteria.
GOCO is just starting out on the basis of their listing.

The 2 best options is to cut your losses and proceed to the next or wait.
I was tempted to sell GOCO when I was buying Kodak today, another speculative play. But I resisted and am holding on for the best.
One simple announcement and boom we are back in profit. We have not heard the last on GOCO.

This is NOT to say buying to average down is wrong, Mr. Market always has the final say. He could prove you right with time if you decide to buy more.

I don't believe the above for Zenith bank. I credited my Trading 212 account at #390/$ using my Zenith Bank's MasterCard and I withdrew 1$ just to test the waters and I was credited at same #390/$. I don't know about other banks though

I think what happens to you based on your description is technically termed a "shake-out".

If it's a day or swing trade, the lower your stop loss, the better. So a 10% stop loss is advisable.

But if you invested based on fundamentals for mid to long term, you have to sit still in the storm, it normally fades away.

As for me, I cut my losses immediately I smell another opportunity too good to pass on. At that point, I offload and pull the trigger. So I have no specific stop loss. But for a swing trade, 10-15% max.

You need to take care of your FOMO (fear of missing out) before going into trading or investing. Set your own goals and stick to it or else you may end up taking the wrong advice.
