Saudi Arabia was created in 1937 and was not in existence when Prophet Muhammad preached. But there was Arabia (Arrabiyya) then. Arrabiyya was home to Arabs. Different Tribes scattered here and there but largely confined to the Arabian sandy tracts just after Jordan to the Indian Ocean.

And yes there Christians among the Tribes that inhabit Najran (the western part of that large chunk of Land). Also, in the City of Yathrib(later known as Medina) there were Two Tribes of Jews at Kaybar and one other outpost.

Not Saudi Arabia but Arabia. Saudi was added when Saud was bribed by the English to rebel against Turkish rule. That was 1937.

Let us start with the Jews! They were in Yathrib (Medina) largely. They move their because their Bible says the Last Prophet will come from there! They missed out on Jesus and they don't want to miss the last bus.

They thought the Prophet would be a Jew but raised in Yathrib but when it turned out that he was an Arab, they rejected him and as punishment, some were killed, some fled and some banished. Divine Justice. That Prophet and his Companions never joked with Divine commands.

Like I said, there were some Christians in Najran and some from the Tribe of Ghazzan. But at the end of the Prophet's mission, most left the Christian Faith and embraced Islam as foretold in Isaiah 42 and 60. All people in Arabia will gather around that Messenger.

The few diehards must have died out, so that Land was left with no Churches. As for Synagogues, no more Jews so the Temples must have crumbled with time.
