Well it depend on the kind of ogogoro the drinker drank before releasing sperm. If Ogogoro can cause a fully developed sperm to spin, I see no reason why an ordinary sperm won't spin.

This is just a theory. Not necessary Ogogoro, but I feel there might be an alcoholic phenomenon in the process that creates sperm in the scrotum, reason why they come out spinning.

Even science is not perfect. There are errors.

Either spin or swim or even summersault.. the major thing is.. let the sperm move and go fertilize egg...!!
