Like I said earlier, I used 100 naira Tigernuts to make it. I don't know how much they sell in your location. However, get one cup of Tigernuts (measuring cup "cup"

Soak your Tigernuts in water for 24hrs
Drain the water
Put the Tigernuts in a blender or food processor. Add in 4 cups of water and blend till it is creamy and well ground.
Using a colander, sieve or cheese bag, squeeze out the juice (milk) into a clean bowl.
Pour the pulps (shafts) back into the blender. Add in another cup of water and blend for about 3 minutes. Repeat the above process.
You can drink like that or serve chilled.

The first pics is the first milk I got. It was highly concentrated and sweeter. The second pics was from the second blending.

If you like it sweeter, you can add Dates and Coconuts

For me, I like my presentation to be a bit rustic.

I see people fry eggs that way. Am scared of eating it. Due to the eggs not being well cooked, there is a high risk of getting a bacteria infection.

They are fried but not firmly fried. I have been eating them like this all my life because my dad liked them like that even though his mother used to prepare them totally firm, which I also like but less.
