Yeah. It improves the taste. I didn't bother making it sophisticated because I don't have refrigerator to store it. I took the one I made the other day today and I noticed it was getting bad already. How long does it stay under room temperature?

I bought tomato, shombo and ata rodo for 300 at Tomato market. The mix was much...after blending, I boiled and shared into two. I used the first half to cook last week. The second half got bad, I scooped the fungi (white spores) out, bought Gino sachet tomato puree and here comes the stew...... It was/is sweet

Thanks. Artificial light. If you look at the oil on the stew, you will see the reflection of my rechargeable light. All my pics lately have been artificial light. We hardly get sunlight here (rain things)
