VicThory:I thought you had a 'D' in Biology or was that someone else? if it was you, unless you're awaiting the current WAEC that's being taken, I advised you forget about admission this year. Without 5 relevant credits in your O'levels, your connect can't do anything, also, unless your connect is 5G, your score will be hard to get you in, irrespective of a good putme score It might sound like a negative opinion but with students tearing the 340 barrier likes its 280, your score just doesn't measure up with the competition in Federal universities. |

samuelpeters:Do you know that UNN had to change the courses of some students they admitted last year from medicine to anatomy and BMS. That's why you should pick a school you know you have a chance, Western and Southern federal schools are very competitive. |
| Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by samuelpeters(m): 8:41pm On Aug 09, 2020 |
dunsin125:True. When i replied him the First, i told him his chances are Low. Infact he should change course. About UNN, they gave excess Admission. How can you admit 120+ in Merit and then 400+ in subsequent batches/Lists, thats outrageous. Changing students Admission to another Course is not yet settled until school resume Fully. |

dunsin125:Finally they don't care. All they want is the money. Students too, they care less about it.they don't mind standing throughout the day to receive lectures so far they are in medicals. But it usually become a problem as they go higher. They discover the strict rules, stiff competition etal. Then it dawns on them it is now survival of the Fittest. 300 Medical students competing for a space of 150 to graduate. |

Waramiedema63:Hello chief, from the information gathered here, i've come to realise that you can actually be offered admission into a medical school with a second class lower degree in biochemistry. However, i honestly do not think the institutions you mentioned accepts that kind of result. Check UNICAL, OOU, EUI etc |
