I could appoint you

Have a few million forgotten shares there grin grin

Received a call about a month or so ago from someone there reminding me about an offer for purchase or something

Been thinking of what to do since the call , what happens if I refuse to sell

Once the proxies are available mention me and I will guide you how to complete and nominate me. Actually once those major institutional investors vote for the acquisition then you must have to sell. You can only hope to ha e enough nuisance value so that they can increase the purchase consideration.

The job requires a creative problem solver and we have been searching for a suitable candidate since December 2019.

The question is a problem we faced in the office in 2014 and is one we agree will force any candidate to think outside the box. Candidates also have approximately one month to give a response.

She was too quick to rule herself out. I hope she returns to give it another shot. Hustle culture is very important.

http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/31228_LAW_UNION_AND_ROCK_INS._PLC.-_NOTICES_OF_COURT_ORDER_M.pdf

Any shareholder of Law Union in the house? Please appoint me as proxy so that i can participate in this court ordered meeting. There are a few pertinent questions for law Union Board and management.

The purchase consideration per share of N1.23 is at a 28% discount to BVPS of N1.71 as at Half year 2020. Verod Capital and management/board are are leveraging on depressed prices of insurance stocks over the past few years make that purchase consideration look attractive. For 100% sale as an invetor i will be looking for premium on higher of market price or book value per share (whichever is higher)......and this is one of the better managed insurance companies.

Retail shareholders getting s*rewed as usual by the institutional ones. Alternative Capital, Swanlux Solutions etc. una try o. Shareholders have to leverage on Resolution D to get them to increase the consideration. But it will be a tough call as the institutional investors control close to 80% of voting rights.

Any announcement on about the closing date.

between Jan 17th and 24th 2018 GUNNIESS traded @ circaN120

Then US DOLLAR was N365 let alone now that USD is N480

We should EXPECT a REPRICE

I need some help.
I am filling e-dividend forms for my shares and would send scanned copies to the registrars by mail. But the challenge is that I don't know my Bank Account Opening Date. Is this a mandatory field in the forms? Can the forms be processed if this field is left blank?

Guide from any of the experienced people in this forum will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your help

Yes. But submit blank as a last option. Depending on your bank if you check account profile on online banking you'd see the account opening date. If that does not work just call the bank.
