This is so me!

In fact, I was bored sick during the lockdown. Returning from a 2 weeks leave only for lockdown to happen almost immediately didn’t help matters.

I had to turn cooking to my day job

I made mango dressing myself a few weeks ago. I added dried chili flakes so it was sweet and spicy. A great combo. wink

This is a delicious and healthy meal. Just how I like it. wink
