Some Managers do excel as underdogs with small Clubs, but fail miserably with big Clubs.

Good Ebening was a Legend at Seville, but failed exceptionally at Arsenal. AVB made a Name with Porto as a young Manager with huge Potentials, we all saw how it ended for him at Chelsea.

Sariball was coveted at Napoli, but at Chelsea it becomes a case of HND's inferiority to Degree. Same Sariball fails at Serie A with a big Club.

Unless it's the real Dan James of the early season else I prefer a one legged Rashford, as for Perreira, the less said about him the better.
