More of the balustrade done......

We plan to start the POP ceiling works for this building this week.

I believe that a total of N40m can complete this house, although I am fighting hard to cut this cost to the lowest amount possible as more people are waiting to commission me to build same plan for them, so I am aiming to see if N35m can complete this house till painting level. (From foundation till turn key.)

I haven't calculated that yet, paint cost seems to be increasing now.

These are some of the aluminium profiles we have bought to be installed in this house as windows..........

Door wooden frames for internal doors have been delivered to the site......

Iron doors have also been built and painted, waiting to be transported to the site for installation........

Please how much did it cost you for the workmanship for the internal plastering and finishing? Perhaps I see that the doors and wooden frames haven't been done, but what is your projection? I mean all the internal plastering (under decks, all the rooms partition, e.t.c..)

Plastering workmanship for internal plastering will be about N500,000.

This looks nice. However, considering cost aside choice, do you think this balustrade is cheaper than iron (not wrought) handrail constructed by the welders?

Hmmm, the concrete balustrade will be a little costlier than normal iron handrails. It's more durable too.
