Hmmm, the concrete balustrade will be a little costlier than normal iron handrails. It's more durable too.

As much as I love them, they just take too much space.
But they are elegant though. Good work Oga Spyder.

Yes, some are made this way too and shaped to any design you have in mind.

Interesting...It composition seem like something that will insulate heat from the roof more.... It's similar to roof insulating GIPs plates we use here.

It's also water resistant. As long as it's not exposed to constant soaking.

1. Can this same structure sit on a 453sqm?

2. If it were to be 3 bdr flats instead, will it still sit on the said 453sqm of land?

3. Parking space for how many cars will available on the land in each of the instances above?

I encountered something similar with mine, one side was scaled down to 2 bedroom because I wanted enough space at both end of the rectangle.

The two bedrooms are ensuit, plus an extra toilet off the living room for visitors use.

OP you're really wonderful. Thanks for job weldone. I have some questions to ask.

1. Why are you not using the modern stainless hand ray instead of the Balustrade? The house owner prefer Balustrade or it's not advisable to use the stainless ray because of the height of the building. Just curious
