My advice is that folks not use this app. Your information can be easily compromised it seems. As a software developer, I can tell you that this mixing of information, and showing someone else's information should not be happening. Just a BADLY written app it looks like!

I tried the app. Showed me that my data was not available. I tried again and it showed me someone else's info. I was initially worried but I discovered that it is like that for almost everyone here.
This is a dangerous trend as our data could fall into wrong hands (scammers et al). I hope nobody steals my identity.

I had a similar issue but I resolved it.

On the home page, click on the mobile phone picture by the extreme right at the bottom... then click on "Reset App".

Follow the instruction to re-enter your information as requested.

That should work.

This disheartening story,
After downloading the app as expected and imputed my asisigned NIN number and phone number I used to register, and after a long wait for update, it upload the digital ID of Abdulai abubakar, while my own name is Ogunyemi Adekunle...Alas, I assume it's still a mistake.
But if I find out they've sold my NIN to another person, then, I give up on Nigeria patapata

They gave me a different name and date of birth. The phone number that appeared is not mine

You just revealed someone else's identity on here... It has no adverse effect on you but it does for the individual whose name is written up there.
